Sand Traps
Sand traps are the first line of defense to protect production equipment and flow lines from the detriment of erosion and downtime due to clogging. Brilex Energy Solutions designs and fabricates vertical and spherical solutions with working pressures up to 10,000 psig.
Vertical Separators
Brilex Energy Solutions has design and fabrication experience to provide either 2-phase (gas / water) or three-phase (gas, water, and condensate) separation solutions. Our Vertical Separator designs will help conserve your valuable operational footprint. Separation is achieved through momentum exchange, gravitational settling and enhanced stainless steel mesh coalescence. Typical removal efficiencies are 95% or greater for aerosols 5 microns in size.
Horizontal Separators
Horizontal Separators provide effective 3-phase (gas, water, and condensate) separation by providing longer settling times and more consistent water and condensate separation. Typical designs include an inlet impact plate, vane type separation pad, spillover weir, and outlet divertor plate.
Knockouts
Knockouts are a cost-effective separation solution, typically used for low pressure gas / liquid applications. Brilex Energy Solutions can customize your designs to include skid mounting, drains, and instrumentation.
