Dehydration
TEG – Regeneration Skids

Gas dehydration is at the core of what Brilex Energy Solutions designs and fabricates. BES understands the physics behind mass transfer dehydration and how to properly regenerate TEG for reintroduction into the contactor tower. Our designs utilize shell and tube heat exchangers to provide reboiler inlet temperatures approaching 300°F. Skids are available with electric pumps or energy transfer pumps. Designs include all necessary TEG filtration vessels and a generously sized activated carbon adsorber.
TEG – Contact Towers

Brilex Energy Solutions will design your contact tower to meet your exact application specifications. We use an industry-best supplier of structured packing, along with engineered-to-order TEG distribution systems and stainless steel vane-type demister at the outlet. Also available is an inlet flow distributor, to assure even gas distribution through the structured packing. All towers come complete with outlet downcomers and TEG heat exchangers. An optional inlet separation section is available with stainless steel vane separator. All towers are designed and fabricated per ASME Section VIII.
Deliquescent Towers

For point of use dehydration solutions, Brilex Energy Solutions can size, design, and fabricate single tower deliquescent desiccant towers. By removing inlet liquids and controlling gas velocities, BES can optimize these applications to conserve the consumables associated with absorption drying.
