Vertical Coalescers
Coalescing filters provide the highest contaminant removal, with efficiencies over 99+% for solid and liquid aerosols 0.3 microns and larger. The Brilex Energy Solutions filter housing designs address proper element spacing, velocity control, and gas stream release dimensions, to assure that the filter elements are operating at their peak efficiencies. BES can install the element of your choice, or we can recommend the proper element for your application. Proper coalescence requires an “inside to outside” flow direction through the elements and a vertical orientation, allowing coalesced liquids to drain from each without affecting adjacent elements. Operators appreciate the ease and safety of element removal; therefore, our vessels are designed to accept an integrated stair and platform system.
For high inlet liquid concentrations, ask us about our integrated designs, offering bulk liquid separation and fine aerosol removal in a single housing.
Filter Separators
The oil and gas industry relies on filter / separators for much of their bulk liquid and primary filtration needs. Brilex Energy provides this equipment in standard configurations using the elements of your choice, or ones selected by BES for your specific application. Designs include generously-sized liquid sumps for high loading and slug removal applications.
Filter Lines
For lower flow rates (<10 MMscfd), Brilex Energy Solutions offers a line of cost-effective housings using an industry-recognized line of filter elements. These elements are available in seven (7) different designs, allowing various levels of contaminant removal. BES can design a custom filtration solution by using cascading filters, providing you with the optimum filtration performance and extended element life.
