Brilex Energy Solutions designs and fabricates Gas Production Units (GPUs) specifically for your application. These units typically consist of a line heater (glycol bath and coils), a separator, and gas metering equipment. BES has the technical expertise to assess and discuss the heat transfer, separation design, and fluid mechanics that control these processes. Heater Treaters
The stabilization of condensate is an important step in processing this volatile component. Brilex Energy Solutions can provide the engineering and fabrication expertise to meet your heater treater needs. Generously sized vessels provide extended residence time for efficient separation of residual water from the condensate. Released methane is available to be reintroduced into the sales line or sent to the flare or combustor. All designs the standards set forth in API-12L and ASME Section VIII.
